1. General By placing an order with KazerCase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Norcross, Georgia. We offer 3-day shipping on most US orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

5. Returns and Refunds We want you to love your KazerCase! If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders. Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability KazerCase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total price of the items purchased.
